The purpose of this project Is to create and grant an online form of registration at noncommissioned officer Mammalian College of Open Learning, an insane asylum which provides learning opportunities for adults and out-of-school youth upgrading their grades for tertiary level. In this project, I testament use a form for the learners to fill In and press the advance button and it leave connect to the database and eventu whollyy feedback will be knuckle under to the user, be it the date, the point where the learner will need to go flow classes.This will all be possible and accurate if the learner submits all the information required from him or her. Introduction For almost twenty years, Noncom has been enhancing the management capacity of learners around the country through traditional dash of registration using filling in paper forms. I conservatively selected this because I have reason to believe that some learners do non register, non because they are not willing to or do not have the money, but the other factors like lack of transport to have-to doe with to selected places where registration takes place.The aim Is to Improve In the provision of service. During my research, I aspect such a system would be very effective and skill for both the institution and the learners. Gone are the days when one has to journey and fill in forms, standing in queues and waking up earliest to go secure your space, online registration can eliminate all these problems. And for the company, it will save time since opening and sorting out illegible or inaccurate forms can be very time consuming so Just by eliminating these processes off your duty you get less administrative work.
