For this person who loves the outside, making connections to it by biking and hiking, he wants to sh are the simple joys of the outside world with the disabled who often are put in institutions. The support structure that he dreams for them would somehow enable them to become functional gay beings, able to maximize their capabilities through the help of knowledgeable people.
